Salt Anchovies

Remove the salt with running water, open the anchovy from the belly and delicately remove the bone, rinse again with running water and dry with absorbent paper. Once you have obtained the fillet you can taste it with lemon or with oil and oregano.

Ingredients: ANCHOVIES 80%, salt 10%, water 10%.

Store in a cool, dry place, away from sources of light and heat. After opening, store in the refrigerator at 0° to +4°C and consume within a few days.

Shelf life: 12 months from the packaging date.
