Salt Anchovies

Remove the salt with running water, open the anchovy from the belly and delicately remove the bone, rinse again with running water and dry with absorbent paper. Once you have obtained the fillet you can taste it with lemon or with oil and oregano. Always keep the product pressed.

Ingredients: ANCHOVIES (ENGRAULIS ENCRASICOLUS) 75%, salt, brine.

Store in a cool, dry place. After opening, store for a short time in the refrigerator at 0° to +4°C.

Shelf life: 12 months from the packaging date.
