Ingredients: eggplant 64%, extra virgin olive oil 23%, origan 2%, garlic 5%, salt 3%.

May contain traces of MILK , EGGS , NUTS , FISH and SULPHITES .

Store in a cool, dry place. After opening, store in the refrigerator at 0° to +4°C. for a maximum of 3 days.
