Organoleptic characteristics of the product:

  • appearance: slightly veiled;
  • colour: yellow with green reflections;
  • consistency: thick liquid, typical of the product;
  • smell, flavour: medium fruity of healthy olive, light bitter, medium spicy, herbaceous aftertaste of artichoke and medicinal herbs.

High calorie food, ingredient, condiment.


Store in a cool, dry place, away from sources of light and heat.

Shelf life: 18 months from packaging date.
