A specialty obtained with quality ingredients. It is obtained by mixing dried tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil and salt. Excellent as a condiment for short pasta with the addition of fresh ricotta or Roman ricotta. Also ideal for tasty bruschetta.

Ingredients: dried tomatoes 55%, extra virgin olive oil, salt.

Keep in a cold and dry place. After opening, store in the refrigerator and consume within three days.
