A specialty obtained with quality ingredients. It is obtained by mixing dried tomatoes with extra virgin olive oil, Genoese Basil P.D.O., Grana Padano P.D.O., Pecorino Romano P.D.O., pine nuts, garlic and salt. Ideal as a condiment for first courses.

Ingredients: dried tomatoes 55%, extra virgin olive oil, Genoese Basil D.O.P. 10%, Grana Padano P.D.O. ( MILK , salt, rennet, LYSOZINE ), Pecorino Romano P.D.O. ( SHEEP'S MILK , salt, rennet), PINE NUTS , garlic, salt.

Keep in a cold and dry place. After opening, store in the refrigerator and consume within three days.
